About — Calynq

About CalynqCalynq is the AI scheduling assistant that finds the best meeting time for everyone, instantly.

Why we built it

Finding a time that works for several people usually means a long thread of "does Tuesday work?" replies. Calynq was started to remove that thread: read the calendars, rank the possible times, explain the choice and book it.

We build Calynq for people who schedule for a living: consultants, recruiters, small teams and the clients they work with.

Our mission

Make scheduling a one-step decision instead of a conversation, and do it in a way people can trust with their calendar.

Who is behind it

Calynq is built and operated by Guuz Consulting Services, an independent software and consulting business based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Because it is a small team, the people who build Calynq also answer your support email.
