The Service Calynq is an AI-assisted scheduling tool that helps you coordinate meetings, share availability, and (optionally) create calendar events on your connected accounts. Your account You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.

Don't use Calynq to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission.

Comply with the policies of the calendar providers you connect (Google, Microsoft, etc.).

Connected calendars When you connect a calendar account, you grant Calynq permission to read busy times and, if enabled, to create or modify events. You can revoke this access at any time from the Calendars page or your provider account settings. SMS Terms These SMS Terms apply to text (SMS) and WhatsApp messages sent by Calynq, operated by Guuz Consulting Services Inc, about bookings made through Calynq.

Consent: we send messages only to people who tick the unchecked consent box on a booking page, or to hosts who turn on alerts in their settings. Consent is not a condition of booking.

Program description: booking confirmations, pending-approval notices, reschedule and cancellation notices, and reminders about your own booking. No marketing messages.

Message frequency: varies with your bookings and the reminder settings of the host.

Rates: message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Help: reply HELP, or email support@calynq.com.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Subscriptions & billing Paid plans (when offered) are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Disclaimer The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calynq does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that scheduling actions will always succeed (e.g., if a provider is unavailable). Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calynq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Termination You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users.
